How to prepare for a cycle, diet, training, supplements....

Starting a test C cycle in a few weeks, i have all my post cycle therapy (pct) ironed out, my bulking diet and training schedule worked out, but i have some questions:

Diet:
How do i prepare my body for the cycle, IE how should i be eating BEFORE i start the cycle to best be prepared. Keep in mind it will be a bulking cycle.

Training:
How should i be training BEFORE i start the cycle to best see gains during the cycle. keep in mind it will be a bulking cycle and i will be lifting twice a day.

Supplements:
are there any supplements i should be taking BEFORE, DURING or AFTER the cycle to best prepare for the gains and then keep them after the cycle/post cycle therapy (pct).

Other Activities:
The purpose of this cycle is to build mass and size so that i may be more effective/powerfull on the rugby field and in the ring. Currently i have two rugby practices and a game per week, and i spend the remaining 3-4 days training muay thai. Now i know that is a lot of cardio and im curious as to if i should scale that back or not, meaning will i be beneficial to my cycle to not do so much training in the muay thai gym.
 
Diet and training should remain the same...that is, if you have a proper program. I'm sure you know how to train for rugby - do you know how to train for size and strength?

That is a lot of exercise in addition to a weight training program. I would cut the muay thai training if you really want to put on size. I'm sure you get plenty of cardio training from you rugby.

I have a program laid out for me by the strength coach at the New Zealand Rugby Academy, the strength/size portion is 12 weeks and nicknamed "pure huge" by the guys i played with down there. two a days centered around heavy weights with low reps. monday tuesday on, wednesday off, thursday friday on, saturday game, sunday off. followed by 2 weeks recovery and then another 6 weeks focused on muscle fiber recruitment and stamina.

would you suggest cutting the Muay Thai completely during the cycle? or just scaling back to maybe once or twice a week.
 
Fuck the Muay Thai. Strength training is easy. Say its monday right. Alternate Chest and Back. Most NFL or shot put throwers I know do this, Say it's Mon. Do a set of Flat bench than wait a minute do BB Rows . Then Repeat same thing for 4 more sets. Aftet your compound work is done do some ancillary like alternate chest DB Flyes with Lat pulldowns. This training keeps a nice back and forth blood flow in the muscles. At least it worked well for my friend in the NFL and a former shot put thrower. As far as your ? about Sup's EFA's are the best. Get some good fish oil and flax oil and maybe some super foods or vital greens.

Sounds like you training for strength you dont need to hit it all week long. Chest Back sameday Legs Arms same day its easy. You will like the pump BTW when you do a set of bench then a set a BB Rows. It's nice makes your whole body swole.

Now as for the lifting/eating schedule...

Do i continue to eat big and lift heavy through the PCT or do i start lifting/eating differently after i stop pinning the test?
