how to reduce acne in cycle

two questions

how can it be that i have alot of acne only in 500mg test a week!?!
i never saw someone in that dose with acne..... my genetic sucks?!
can it be becasue i eat 5000caloris per day?..
everyone that clearly geard up in youtube doesnt have it :/ why i have it..


second question..
in the future when i start my second cycle..
how can i reduce the acne?
what should i add to my cycle?

Everyone is different. How long have you been using Testosterone? A fluctuation in your blood levels is going to cause side effects. An acne outbreak is common. If it persists try Vitamin B5.
 
Have bloods done and see where your estradiol levels are. They could be to high. But also keep in mind, some are just prone to acne

Vitamin B5: 10 grams (5 gr in the morning, and 5 gr before bed)
Zinc: 50mg daily (25mg in the morning, and 25mg before bed)
Pycnogenol: 120 mg (60mg in the morning, and 60mg before bed)
?
10g of vitamin b5?!!? its not tooo much?! i saw only 200mg per tab O.O...


BTW!
when i was a kid 18 yeard old or younger never had so much acne had middle ammount of acne in face not in the body at all...
since this age never had it again [22 yeard old now]

I'm no dr or anything just heard from some people that stack works for them. I can say that since I've started adding the b5 through a multi b supp it has 5mg I think (got it at walmart they didn't have just b5) to the already zinc 50mg my flare ups have stopped.

If you've had issues all your life you may need to be seeing a dermotolgist. Just a thought

your taking 600mg of zinc???
 
If you are prone to acne AAS will exacerbate this quite a bit. Just the way it is.

I was running at least a gram of test a week for years and never had a zit. But then I had only a few when I was a teenager so that pretty well explains that.

Conversely what I have seen is that the majority of gear users tend to break out the worst after they go off their cycle.

Have to receptively disagree with the accutane suggestion. It can cause Meibomian Gland Dysfunction which is a serious form of dry eye and a life changer.

well accutane obviously being an absolute last resort. its only if your acne is HORRIBLE

Sounds like an estradiol problem to me. Most guys on TRT doses get acne if they don't manage their estradiol -- so you absolutely can get bad acne on 500mg/week of Test.

Which AI are you running and how much? Have you gotten blood work yet?

Look on amazon, get the b5 pantothenic acid powder. Don't get pills, better bang for the buck.

x2 on this. Pantothenic acid helped clear up my skin somewhat - I've read it actually functions in a similar way as accutane. You'll have to take a whole lot, though. Also, I coated my whole face with a strong zit cream every night before bed after washing it. It was a little extreme, but obviously dryness wasn't going to be an issue - my face was producing oil like a fast food deep fryer.
 
As posted I would look at Estradiol first. Once that is in check you can look into ZINC, B5, Biotin, and DIM. DIM may lower e2, but very mildly, and it is good for your skin. Personally 10grams of B5 seems high to me. The reading I've done 5g a day is the high end for helping control acne. Biotin you can go really as high as you want without any harm 5,000mcg a day of Biotin will help with acne, however your hair and nails will grow MUCH faster. DIM can be taken at 100mg-300mg a day. I wouldn't go too much higher than that without keeping an eye on e2, and making sure you aren't dropping it too low if you're already in range.
