how to run a AI?

hey guys i have been planning to run 300-350 mg test for 12 weeks, i know its a low dose but its my first cycle.

Alot of people have been telling me not to run a Aromatase inhibitor (AI), but gyno scares the crap outa me.

I was thinking of running Arimadex for 0.25 every 3rd day just in case.

When i do this do i stop it at the 14rth week right before pct? or keep using it throught pct?

you can use .5 EOD or every 3days. its has a decent half life in the body. you can use right thru pct if you feel the need too.

I would start it at .25 eod and get bloods done mid cycle or earlier to see were your at this is the only true way too see whats up with your estro.

only 350 mg of test still gets your test levels up there dont underestimate 350mgs

i'd say .5 eod, my guy is running it at .5 eod and test e at 500mg, and his gyno is like wtf huge lmao idk why, i had him take tamox to lower the size. I use letro at .2, 2x/week and that works perfect with me, and on top on it 10-20mg of tamox ed, after 9 weeks of being on my cycle, that gyno ball is gone!!! lmao its crazy, because i started with a lump that was way bigger!

You can use 350mg a week if you want to but i would sugest to bump it to 500mg a week.And yes 0.5 mg of arimidex every third day will be just fine.This is how i do it and i don't have any problems with gyno.

I know it's your first cycle but anything under 500mg of test would not be as effective. Just keep nolva on stand by and use your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and you shouldnt have any problems.

Letro is very effective. The only difference between it and the 2 lesser strength Ai's is that is can penetrate deeper into lipid cells.

So you know those guys who get gyno if they look at HCG? that's because Aroma is going on in the boys and the other 2 AI's are not strong enough to get into that tissue.

As a preventative letro can be not only cost effective because of the small doses needed but it is also all that works for some of the guys that have been around for while.

.625mg E3D is a good starting dose on a reasonable dose of T.
