How to split a 250 ampule in 2 doses?

Hello guys,
Im starting my new trt protocol this monday, Ill be injecting 125/week but theres a problem, the vials are 250 only.
Can i split them in two?
My best guess is drawing all of it and then injecting just half, leaving the rest on the syringe for the next week.
Is it possible to do so? Will the test be safe and effective the week later?
And if its possible, how should I store it? Fridge or whatever?

You have ampule in title and say vial in the post what do you have ampule or vial?

If it's a 1ml vial just draw what you need each week. If ampule just load two syringes one to pin that day and the other I would swap the needle and store it till next week. I've pre load syringes when traveling with no issues.

Use filter straw/needle to draw 125mg into 2 separate syringes. Swap out for injection needle and store with cap on. Use one this week, the other next week.
