whats up fellas, got a few questions for those who now about the diet game.
Im between 155-160 lbs and 15% body fat which is pretty good but I have been working out hard for a few years and have figured out I am never going to get that big. I've always been a small guy and am okay with that but now i want to get really cut since i cant get big.
Problem is i never dieted before, i have a really fast metabolism and eat what i want when i want4000-6000 calories a day but for the most part pretty healthy.
Can i lose more body fat without dieting?( i do play a lot of sports and workout hard all the time)
if not how should start dieting and go about figuring out the best diet for me?
