How to stay in shape after a cycle??

Hey guys, quick question. I am about to start testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) treatment and from there I expect to run my first cycle of either test e or test c for 20 weeks and then remain on the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) until another cycle, my question is once I start a second cycle with multiple compounds and go "off" and back on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), what would I have to do not to get bloated and stay in good shape in between cycles? thanks in advance

Why would you get bloated between cycles? Most of the water should come out when you go back to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose. As far as staying in shape, there is only one way to do it. Keep training hard and stay on your diet/cardio .

I ask because there are a couple of guys in one of the gyms i train at and its obvious when they come off and just look horrible, they end up only doing cardio and wont even look at a weight because they get so bloated.

maybe they are just getting fat not bloated. doing a bunch of cardio and eating at muscle and never lifting weights making it worse. Just guessing here, I dont know for sure

I have never heard of getting bloated OFF cycle. No your not going to keep tren skin but shouldn't be bloating. If you are I would check your diet.

Youre probably right most people have a fair bit of fat on them towards the end of their bulk and just up the cardio to get rid o that extra fat not many will try to eat away hard earned muscle

Many people loose motivation off cycle. Its important to be more disciplined than ever at that time. Adequate training and calories is huge. Stay on point!

thanks for the input fellas, as I get more disciplined with my diet I get more anxious about getting started...I know my diet is pretty good when people at my job tell me "yuck you are eating that agian?? you had that 4 times already" or "yuck you don't salt your food? you're nasty" lol... on the other hand I do live in Miami and nobody believes in no salt!!, I was also thinking that if a builder on a cycle decides to go salt free on a cycle and when he is off starts back on the salt, that IMO can maybe cause some of the bloat situation.
