how to train when cutting?

I am starting a cutting diet, but I was wondering how should I train? Usually I can lift more each training. But when I cut I don't think that going to work. Should I just keep the same weight? I do 3 sets of 12-15 reps, and 2-3 exercises for each muscle

drop the working set reps to doubles and triples to continue lifting heavy. i'm assuming that your cycling carbs? in which case, lift on medium or preferably high carb days... or at the very least, ensure a carb up before you workout.

Alot of bros like doing full body routines while dieting (like me). Just be sure to seldom (if ever) go to failure while you're doing that schedule. I do a full body workout M/W/F while dieting. Then if you're doing cardio you can do it by itself on non-weight training days.

work out the same way you would while bulking.

If you find you are over training, cut back on the intensity to avoid injury

agreed with Easto. You'll start noticing that you get weaker on your lifts. Don't let that discourage you. It's the lower carbs. Stick with your rep and set range as normal. Just adjust for lower weights as your strength decreases. Remember you're cutting, not building so don't let the lower weights get you down.
