How to transfer to bottles?

How do UG labs transfer their stuff into sterile bottles without actually going putting a needle through a rubber stopper?

I did a search and it I see it says I can dip my rubber stoppers in rubbing alcohol. Any other tips?

If your solution is sterile, and you tried to sterilize vials ( owen, iso alc ) so no need to bake it anymore ;-)
You just need to proud of your babies :-D

You cannot bake your gear to ensure sterility, sorry you just can't. It's an old myth, but it has been disproved to the Nth degree. Filtering will sterilize your gear (to the extent you can do this outside of a lab clean environment). BA will keep it that way. And your immune system will take care of the small remainder ... otherwise homebrew gear wouldn't work, e.g. it wouldn't be a good idea for an AIDS patient.
