How to use Liquid Letro and Liquid MK-677

I ordered Letro and Mk-677 and it just arrived now. Question is how do I use them.
Specifically, how to administer them (orally?), how do I measure the amount I take, what time of the day, with or without food, etc.

You take them orally, as far as when i personally take my ai in the am and id def take mk at night before bed. The ai dosing is subjective but take the same time every day IMO or eod/e3d depending on schedule.
You use an oral syringe to measure the dosage.

use oral syringe. time doesnt matter just stay consistent. 1ml= (should say on bottle) so half a ml would be half that dose and so on.

Also, look at the bottle and see if it says to shake it before use...if it does, then ALWAYS shake it well!
