Do i look at the nutrition chart on the beef label this one says 300cals/100g... Then drain the grease, weigh it N minus the fat calories from the 300cals or should i just not drain any fat amd say its 300cals/100g
Weighed raw. Cut a piece, put it on the scale, read nutrition label. That's what you'll ingest more or less, some fat will be cooked off along with water/ nutrients. Not a big deal. Just weigh all your meat raw.
