So many folks forget how INTEGRAL sleep is and it is my rudimentary understanding that when sleeping is when our body secrete s gh . I m no HW or Doc but I ve read this time and time and again. I sleep 4 hour s at a time. Period. Then snag nap s when possible. I have had vivid, full length feature dreams only to glance at my watch and realize " Damn, 33 ms...I slept 33 ms." Dream= REM.
BUT, I m fortunate in that on a 30 min nap I m rebooted, usually hungry horny and sharp. I wake alert. Sux for who I sleep with but....
To many young un s are doing 22 sets chest, every 4 th day, running a gram of this or that but not grabbing enough sleep and recouping muscle by allowing glycogen to store maintaining a positive nitro state and build.
