Hi guys.so i'm 23 with 15-20 bf and about 160lbs with 5'8 height.i have been studying steroids for almost few years and i finally decided to do cycle next month.

test e 500mg a week(2 shots per week) for 12 weeks
dbol 40mg ed for 12 weeks
HCG 250iu twice a week
adex 0.5 mg eod.
pct.clomid+nolva.
i dont want to gain fat on cycle but as we know dbol will give me water so can i replace dbol with anavar?
and if i run test only will it help me to lose fat.

Looks good. If you want to add the Anavar (var) do it at the end and run it for 6-8 weeks right up to post cycle therapy (pct) it'll keep you nice and dry also have an ai

Im just going to add that your diet is what is going to determine your fat gain, not the compounds.

1st cycle should be test only IMO
dbol adding water has nothing to do with adding fat , your diet determiens that.
i know your 5-8 but your 160 pounds at a relatively high body fat , im not convinced your diet and training are ready for steroids.

i would hold off on the steroids until u dial in ur diet and training and develope a good base to starry with.

i have another concern that is of hairfal.i'm getting into modeling i have a body shot in april but i dont want to lose my hair.will shampoos like n2 help to avaoid hairfal?

keep us posted on how it goes. I have pretty much the same stats and am considering starting as well, but I know I need to work on my scheduling and routines.

From what I've read I dont know why you wouldnt just stick to test only for your first cycle bro.

dbol i would rec 4 weeks and no more then 8. I avoid orals overall now.

just do test only when your ready. then maybe add deca later on.(other cycles)

n2 is a very nice one and smells great.
but if you need something "medical type" you can try topical spiro from rui also
