How does this look for lossing fat??
Stats: 23 5'9" 195 ~ 12-15% BF
I do cardio 3-5 days a week..
9am: 6 egg whites or protien shake and oatmeal
11am: chicken with broccoli or brussel sprouts or lean ground beef
12pm: gym
1pm: protein shake
3pm: chicken with broccoli or brussel sprouts or lean ground beef
6pm: Beef or chicken
10pm: shake
It really sucks I can't workout upper body ( really sore sholder, from a motorcycle accident).. But I've been doing legs and Cardio..
