4 eggs little bit of butter
meal 2 10 am
protein bar
meal 3 1230 pm
chicken ceasar salad
meal 4 330pm
protein bar
meal 5 6 pm
4 meatballs lightly sauced
or 2 chicken breasts
or london broil
meal 6 10 pm
whey shake 22 grams of protein with 3 cups of milk 24 g protein

critique it but note that i just came from a diet that was a bagel in the morning 3 mcchhickens for lunch (or no lunch)
and whatever mommy made for dinner....
 
For a cutting diet it looks decent, but it all depends on your metabolism. Some people would gain mass on your diet I myself need way more food. You need more fresh vegetables.
 
Yeah, I agree, you need some more veggies in there, even though they get old. I would also say that you need more food. Just a Chicken Salad for lunch isn't enough IMHO especially for your weight. Other than that, it looks good. Good luck.
 
i think ill take the salad tilli get in the l 170's upper 160's than throw in alot more protein like steak, chicken, turkey etc.
 
I'd say to eliminate the protein bars and take MRP if you need something quick and easy. Cost for cost they are about the same, but I think for the amount of carbs, fat, sugar and protein, MRP are a way better choice IMHO.
 
If it tastes good & feels good in your mouth you are not dieting!!!!

Eat apples,all green veggies,Your proteins should be chicken & fish,protein bars have hidden carbs:(not good!!!
6 eggs No yolk!!!!use PAM in a pan add onions,peppers too:)
Every 3 days have steak,I get grounded flank steak,make patties & grill on the BBQ:)
milk is too much carbs before sleep!
Have 1 1/2 serving of protein powder AFTER workout with 1 1/12 cups of SKIM milk
That's 33G protein with 12G more protein in milk!!!
10 pm meal have 2 cups of 1% cottage cheese!!!!!
