I started my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) protocol with Chip at Maximus August 26th, got my blood tested last Friday and thought I would provide a quick overview.
Blood Test Results - Blood drawn at 11:00 AM 1 day before next Test cyp injection
It is also worth noting we adjusted my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosage, lowering it from EOD to 1x weekly the week before my blood was drawn
Testosterone, Serum 1050
Estrogens 124
SHBG 16.6
TSH 1.020
Before everyone responds that my estrogen is high, it is important to note that I have not had any symptoms of high estro and my mood was better after reducing my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosage. Also, I began taking Danazol daily approximately 1 week prior to the blood test. After speaking with Chip, I am going to take my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (Anastrozole 25mcg) E5D on the days after my test injection.
Here is my current protocol:
Test Cyp 200mg E5D
HCG 250 IU E5D (following test injection)
Anastrozole 25mcg E5D (following test inj)
Danazol 25mg ED
I should also add that 3 weeks ago I joined 3J's Nutrition Netwok and have been on a nutrition plan for approximately 18 days, which included a detailed weight training plan.
Over the last 18 days, I have gained approximately 5 pounds while losing 2 inches around my waist. I have gained an inch in my arms and two inches around my chest and I am seeing similar results everwhere else....neck, thighs, calves etc.
The best part of my day is getting up to go to the gym. This morning was a shoulder workout and I can no longer use the shoulder press machine because I maxed out the weight. I put the pin all the way at the bottom and lifted the whole fkn stack. Done.
Earlier in the week, I brought flowers to my wife at work to begin getting her ready for the pounding she knows is coming this weekend and I caught her receptionist checking me out as I left. I held eye contact with her long enough to say "yeah, you wish".
After spending the last few years feeling totally checked out, I can't believe how good it feels to be DIALED IN.
Anyway, the short of it is, if any of you are "on the fence" about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) you are wasting valuable time, get started. For those of you that are on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and not following a nutrition plan by 3J, you don't know what you are missing.
