yes sensai :D ill give it a shot, im trying to do a lot of static grip holds too hopefully that will help .

If you can't pick up the weight on your own then let it sit on the ground. No strap ons and no belts for me, they are simply a crutch you will rely on permamently.

Double overhand is tough, like said. I work my forearms with 2-3 sets for both top and bottom, and I never use straps. With the light forearm work I dont need them with anything.

Deadlifts and rows. I do all kinds of rows. Cable, barbell, barbell underhand, dumbell, hammer machine, etc. And all the bb'ers I know recommend wide grip chins. I think I'm probably too fat for those though, lol.
