Hi Ladies,

Im new here and am hoping someone can fill me in on Human Growth Hormone.
Ive been looking into it for weightloss use.

Im 22yrs old, 5'2" and 180lbs. I had a baby not to long ago and havent been able to lose the weight for the life of me. I workout and eat health but it seems nothing is working.
I have a couple male friends that have used it and had great results. However im curious on other females experiences with it.

Thanks so much and hopefully someone can share their experience with it!

Well to be fair you are way to young! HGH is serious stuff. What research have u done?
You need to post your current diet and your current training plan?
What is your bodyfat %? It's prob your diet u don't need growth. Post this info :)

Hi welcome :)

I think you are very young & u can accomplish your goals without GH or anything else... If your not losing weight, the problem is most likely with your diet, u might think your dieting right, but I can assure u with the right diet/training u will lose weight... Post your diet & training routine so u could get more feedback, u should be logging in everything that u eat so u could see exactly how many calories your eating now. A solid det & excercise routine is what u need.

There are many benefits to GH, but to see any u need to commit to it long term, it is expensive & is hard to find good GH... at your age GH is not what u need.

I'm not a female... I don't think (depends on where I am in my cycle), but I would love to chime in briefly if I may.

At your current age, the dosage of GH you would have to do to see any benefit would be pretty high up there. Male or female. At the age of 22 you would have to do 10-12 plus IU's a day. Even with a good hook up this could mean $800 + a month, and effects would not be seen for at least 3-6 months! Spend the money on a dietecian. The effects would last longer and it would be much cheaper.

How long is "long ago"? Your 1st child? Nursing? How much did you gain during pregnancy? The answers to these 4 questions are relevant.

Typically, many women lose the baby fat after 1 year and get to pre-pregnancy size faster if nursing. But to lose it you want to take if off slow. Not the answer you're looking for I'm sure. HGH is not your answer either as Mrs P and Frenchy stated. You're too young. Cardio/diet is your best friend now. As is stated in the replys, HGH is very expensive to run. Purchasing on the black market is a crap shoot. Some you get is great, others weak and still yet, straight up junk.

If it's your first, get baby in a stroller and get outside do some power walking.
