i did a split yesterday, to compesate for my lack at the gym wed.
shoulders/triceps...
i dont know what i did, but 'my armpit' is so sore, i can barely move it...so i know i did something to the musle or something..i was stupid, i was in a rush, and did everything fast/hard.....any ideas what i need to do? tom. i have back, should i go along with it?
