hush mail, are we all fucked?

Been reading about hush mail getting compramised is this true?
Wern't we all lead to belive if we used these encypted mail servers our info. was safe?
And now I hear the feds are looking into those e-boxes since raw deal?
I guess hush mail is safe as long as nobady wants to look into them.... how fucked is that

No one is safe, and No one is above the law. As much as that sucks, Hushmail is just a formailty, if they want to track you and your communications, it is VERY easy to do so ! Trust me when I tell you this.

It is likely, that through government investigation of certain individuals Law Enforcement cultivated probable cause to gain access to these individual emails, and served the people at hushmail with a search warrant or subpoena. This is all correct. There's nothing to worry about.

We all need to drop anything that has to do with RAW DEAL.... it creates NO positive change, it simply starts a frenzy everytime a memeber threads a piece of info that others here haven't read; yet it's historic every where else.
