Just wanting to get some info while I start my search...Heres some History...
I started lifting in 1998 during high school for sports. During these times we had a lifting class. I was very small (145) but really wanted to get a "pool" body for the summer coming up, so I enjoyed the class. I actually gained around 15 pounds before going into the Marines when I turned 18. I lost weight and muscle during my time in boot camp, although I did get cut pretty good from all the body strength exercises we did.
Anyways after getting out of boot camp I took a break from lifting, working long hours in the marines and not being able to hit the gym up properly was one reason why. Although I still was lean due to running and bodyweight exercises.
I started lifting again about a year ago, and have put some muslce and mass on using the basics like creatine, whey, eating right and watching calories, pre workout supps etc... I have added some weight, then lost some, and I am now working on my goal to get my weight up to 175 its coming slowly though
I am now on my way to begin searching the differant things like Steroids, Anabolics, PH's, post cycle therapy (pct)'s, etc...and dont plan on using them any time soon, however maybe in the next year or so.
Due to the side effects of some things discuess, I would rather go in, knowing my "stuff" and "gear" before doing anything that will harm my body.
So heres some questions I have to help me with searching:
1. Whats the differance between PH, Anabolics, and Steroids. Which ones are legal? (I do not at this time plan on using anything Illegal).
2. Do they all require a post cycle therapy (pct)? As I understand it a post cycle therapy (pct) is used to help re-balance the cycle and stop the onslaught of Gyno, Teste shrinkage, and back pumps???
3. HGH- I had a buddy who was on HGH and he recommended it to me. Is there any "legal" alternative to HGH? And what does it entail in a cycle? post cycle therapy (pct)?
4. Feed Store Steroids- I work with a guy who says he buys his steroids from a feed store, I guess they are cow steroids, or maybe horse, I really dont know. However I do know that he does take a post cycle therapy (pct)- He said his post cycle therapy (pct) anyone can get....although I dont know which one it is??? I do know that this guy is massive, and can really lift alot, but is he honestly serious about using feed stroe supplements????
5. post cycle therapy (pct)s- are there any OTC products that work? I know Clomid is preached goodin various places, but when my wife was on Clomid 6 years ago, it was very expensive(thanks to the Military I didnt have to pay for it )
6. Stacks-For a smaller, leaner guy like myself. What would be a good "legal" stack to use to pack on weight and mass? Used with a good diet, and whey protien for sure. Any recommendations for me to look into and study using? As I said I dont plan on using anything within the next 6-8 months, but want to get all the info I can.
