I was just like you three years ago then me and my wife split up and I was forty pounds over weight and ther was no way I was gonna start cunt hunting again looking like that. I always new that eating small meals spaced out every three hours during my day would work but never had a reason to try it. My diet consisted of 6 eggs whites and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, a protein shake mid morning, a lean protein and either vegies or brown rice for lunch, then another protein shake around three, lean protein and vegies around six, protein shake at nine and I was good. I believe that protein shakes or meal replacement bars really help cuz they satsified for a while between real meals. I dropped about twenty pounds like that without any real effort but i must say it did take about five months. Had I been hitting the gym since day one the pounds would have cam off much quicker. Btw at first I never cheated only because I had to know that I can maintain this lifestyle and didn't want to complicat things by cheating. Three years later im still in d gym eating six meals a day , cheating now and then and looking whole lot better.
