do u think this is to many eggwhite..im using
pastuerized eggs whites from eggwhitesintl.

1 cup is 10 eggwhites

Make sure you are eating other sources of protein. Don't rely only on egg whites and protein powder for your protein needs.

A well balanced diet is always best, so hopefully you are getting enough vegetables and fiber in your diet as well.

I dont see how eating that many egg whites could hurt, but like easto said I would try to get protien from other sources as well

for lunch i will have a 1 and 1/2 chicken breasts and a big salad
i will snack on a cup of cashew nuts through out the day

pre workout i will have an MRP--1 hour before
post-whey protein and dextrose shake

about an hour later a small high proteint meil.....chicken breast, or turkey burger

than a protein shake an hour later.

i would think that all the egg white shakes would be considered whole food?

DAILY DIET AS FOLLOWS

7 am breakfast-10 eggwhites--1 scoop cassein---1 bowl of oat meal

10 am-2 1/2 scoop cassein protein and oatmeal

1 pm -chicken breast and salad

4 pm 10 eggwhites 1 scoop cassein and an apple

6:30 1 MRP

8 pm postworkout 2 1/2 scoop Whey protien and one scoop dextrose

9 pm small high proein meal

10- pm 10 eggwhites and whey protein

10:30 sleep

Are you using a lot of protein powders for financial reasons or something? I would definately try adding some Lean Beef to your plan. Also every 3rd day try and get a good source of Omega 3's in there (Salmon)

Also i'd try and cut your meals down to about 5 or 6. Really no reason to be forcing yourself to eat 8 meals. Its only a pain in the ass and as long as your getting in the same kcals you'll be getting the same results. Just make sure to up your kcals / meal

It could cause you to develop an alergic reaction
to eggs. Use a variety of protein sources.
Several top coaches recommend cycling on
and off eggs/dairy products because of the
tendancy for people to develop allergies to them.

its just ease..im basically out of my house 14 hours a day..commute
back and forth to work....would u suggest replacing one of my egg white
protein drinks.......say the one at 4 pm..with a lean beef pattie
and veggies?

Consumption of egg whites can cause a biotin deficiency problem. Biotin is an amino acid found in the egg yolk, and found in supplement form as well if you are worried about this.

Keep in mind too, that every egg white I think is around 2.85g protein (large AA). Much of the protein is in the yolk.

Eat the yolk. Not all the time, but there is a lot of good nutrition in it. Try adding a couple into your day. Good stuff...
Also, try making your workouts a little longer. According to your schedule you only workout for 30 min. Stretching and warmup if done right takes a good 10-15.

Okay, off subject...Do you just do a quick intense workout or something? To me that doesn't seem like much time, but I also probably waste a lot resting. My workouts take about 1.33 hrs.

Biotin deficiency is only from eating raw egg whites, once they're cooked it doesn't pose a problem. http://www.emedicine.com/ped/topic238.htm

I thought the majority of the egg's protein was in the whites, not the yolk
