I eat 30 egg whites a day-to much?

no it's 50/50...for protien
it's the fats and minerals and vitam profile that changes a lot...also the amino acid profile does to...i think the yolk has more glutemine in it..i'll try and find the nutrient profile i use to have on egg's. it had the white and yolk profiles in it.

I agree to an extent but can you explain why? Protein powder is every bit as good as any protein, just minus the dead animal fiber and fat.

i'm gonna take a pot shot and say amino acid profile differnces and digestive enzymes also..50 grams of protien is 50 grams, but the amino acid profile is not gonna be the same for chicken, beef, tuna or the whey shake..that would be my take
