Nutrition is clear to me. Hit macros with a deficit. But as for training keep hitting the weights heavy? Opt for PRs? I always see lots of people go volume nuts and more in a lower intensity. ???

Comes down to preference and knowing your body. I am only 25, but I have enough injuries that I care less about PR's and more about finding other routes to size/shape that I want.

Ya this is good advice. But you have similar goals to a lot of the bb world. Lose fat and gain or hold muscle. It's tough and needs to be worked hard for. Diet is the key.
