I have a question on dosing

Ironically I been on TRT quite a while. Still learning.
Just trying to confirm: 200mg/ml means that for each ml of a dose I get 200mg test. So in my case the math is 1.75 ml times 200 mg which equals 350 mg testosterone e10d.
As I understand it a beginners cycle is 500 mg testosterone e7d, shots on Monday and Thursday.

Is this all correct?

A common starting doage for a cycle is 500mg per week of testosterone.
