I have confusion

Indirectly your bone mass will increase. This is due to the more weight you lift the denser your bones become. So my reasoning is that because the steroids enable you to lift more weight you will see an increase in bone density.

X2, doesn't have to be ecessive and can happen without gear as well. Slow, slow process that can really only be seen by X-ray. I just read a study about this as well-I'll see if I can locate it and post it. Or just google it and I'm sure you can find tons of info.

Many studies show steroids increase bone density and it is not from lifting. Common study I have seen is Deca used for osteoperosis but Anavar (var) has also shown good results. There are many benefits to AAS and this is only one of them.

Also the activity in bone marrow increases as AAS use motivates the body to produce more red blood cells.
I have read that HGH increases bone mass especially in the hands, mandible and forehead.

Yes that is Acromegaly. It is when the pituitary puts out a constant supply of GH. Normal GH production is done in pulses. Even as children we produced it in very large pulses. This is why persistent and chronic use of rHGH over long periods of time can cause Acromegaly since the body does not get a chance to rest. GH inducing peptides create sharp pulses that last no more than 2 hours so can be considered safer in this manner.
