I have high estradiol naturally

My E2 is 30-40 pg/ml but I guess it's high for me because when I take 0.25 mg arimidex, my libido is increasing but still not good. Still I have libido issue. Yesterday I took 0.25 arimidex and today my libido was better. I took 0.25 mg again, nothing happened. My libido is still same.

I'm not on TRT. But I don't know what should I do. My endo is not good. When I have 51 pg/ml estradiol, she said it is not important, lol.

Welcome to the board. I just started TRT and a blood test this month shows high Estradiol. Right now, my GP has me on a DIM supplement. I am also working hard to lose weight.

There are many things that contribute to having a healthy libido. Try not to get so focused on this one part of it or you may end up chasing the wrong lead.
