This is the first time I have tried this method of dieting. I'm doing maintenence calories right now on a cycle that looks like this. (75/300/75/150/300/75/150) I must say that I've never felt this good about the way I look. I'm full when I need to be and I'm not bloated at all. I was expecting the bloat to be worse from doing 250-300 carbs in one day but the day but those follow up days with 75 carbs seem to alleviate any significant bloat. The 300 days are obviously 2 of my high intensity training sessions. The other is on a 150 day. I'm doing 25 mins of light walking on each of those 3 days as well. I appear to be holding solid at 170-172 throughout the cycle. If I had to estimate bodyfat I'd say 9%. I'm only 5'7" so... I get veins all over my shoulders when doing certain lifts and I have a 5 pack. Yes 5 pack, one of my abs doesn't seem to be as developed as the others. i suspect due to lower back issues....I digress. This is a great diet, I recommend you all give it a whirl. I'm going to try it for a lean gainer with increased calories this winter.
