I just bought "Enpulse" A test booster. Noob help!

I just bought a product called Enpulse by rivalus. It's a test booster.

I'm curious if anyone has any direct experience with this test booster or other test boosters in general.

Some of it's main ingredients are:

Tribulus terrestris Extract
Eurycoma Longifolia Jack extract
Avena Sativa extract

It was featured as the GNC product of the month, which is primarly why i bought it.

I've done some research and everywhere i look i read good things about the ingredients. But i'm asking you guys, because i'm curious about the effectiveness of the ingredients, and how does it compare with illegal steroids.

Point in fact, I'm very new to all this and am curious about the basics of this product and what to expect from it. The link above should give you the ingredients.

Works, ...

If you want a test booster that really works, use DAA or if you want something to give you a mild feeling of boosted test, go with fenugreek.

The supplement you listed (also, all supplements EVER) do not compare to steroids. Nothing compares to steroids...
 
that better last like a year. a cycle of ph/ds post cycle therapy (pct) included doesnt cost more than what you paid.
 
Most gnc price match. when you go to the store say that you saw it on xxx website and you will get it for that price.
 
Well, i already paid for it. Does anyone around here have any experience with it?

I'm really just looking for some advice here.
 
i would take it back. Its effects are basically going to be negligible and it costs as much as a decent beginners cycle of ph/ds.

If you want something really effective post up your stats and the guys here will help you find something effective... or you can search. but test boosters typically dont do shit, especially compared to 'roids.

for future reference just about anything from GNC is a waste of money besides basic your basic supps. and even those you can find somewhere cheaper.
 
No experience with the product mentioned, but for sure with the ingrediants mentioned and I can say safely that you got ripped off. If your goin to pay that kind of money for a test booster, go with something thats goin to work. Since your in the prohormone section, consider the Androseries. I would consider a prohormone. I started taking the enpulse last night. Probably wont return. Could I take a prohormone with the enpulse? Maybe boost results. Plus the enpulse has anti estrogen in it. Any thoughts?
 
Here are my stats:

Age: 21
Weight: 190.6
BMR: 2007kcal(8396 KJ)
BF%: 15.5%
Height: 5'10"

I currently work out for 6 days a week for an hour each day. My split looks like this.

Thursday - Chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Friday- Cardio plyometrics (Big emphasis on legs here, lots of squat jumps, squat reach jumps, ect.
Saturday- Back and biceps
Sunday- Cardio (Mixture of plyometrics, yoga, and kenpo.)
Monday- Legs and back
Tuesday- Kenpo cardio
Wednesday- off

on all the cardio days i shoot for an average heart rate of 150 over the course of the hour as measured by my heart rate monitor.

I use only dumbells for all my exercises, including squats. For my chest i do pushups untill fail. ie Military pushup, decline pushup, diamond pushup, 4-count slow pushup.

The primary reason i'm not using a bench press for chest or a squat rack for legs is so that i can stay more in the aerobic area as i have poor heart health indicators. I know some of your will disagree with this approach, but it seems to be working out good for me, my chest still gets torn apart.

My diet... This is the hardest facet of health for me to maintain. On average my diet is about 70%. I generally find myself having a cheat mean a few times a week. The food i keep in the house is pretty clean food, somedays i keep logs, other days i don't. I found that i usually end up around 2500 calories for the day, this is where i want to be.

My primary goal would be to achieve 200 lbs and 15% body fat. Last summer i weighed 176 with 13% body fat. So, if i did my math right, then i have made some progress since i'm currently at 190 at 15.5% and with the impedence machines these days you never know if your a few % off. But i do use the expensive machine down at the local college to check. It is the Tanita Body Composition Analyzer TBF-410 just in case you were curious on the specific machines accuracy.

honestly man, youre better off taking it back and atleast getting the 70 whatever dollars back in your pocket.

youre not going to get any "synergy" from taking a test booster like that and any ph/ds.

your diet is going to be the main way to get to your goals. so figure out how many cals you need to support 200lbs and eat that way.

but really lose the test booster, you wont see anything from it. diet is key. if you want to get into aas, someone else on here will help you out info-wise but search around and MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE GETTING INTO - DONT ASSUME ANYTHING! but most will probably say youre too young. just a heads up.

Well, i'm very disappointed that none of you think this product will work for me. I work with a guy who is taking Halodrol MT. Is that also useless shit?
 
if thats the one thats by Gaspari, then yes. if you look around here you'll find some good stuff and a lot of information about different ph/ds.

the most common that I have seen are superdrol, halodrol, and epistane from everything i've read.

you wont find anything in GNC that is worth while as far as PH/DS go.

just look around the site, read as much as you can and make sure you plan out EVERYTHING, and thats IF you choose to go the ph/ds route. (i read and read and read for months before choosing to run helladrol but I feel comfortable with my decision and everything has been good so far)

Make sure you have a handle on proper post cycle therapy (pct) and nutrition on cycle and post cycle, or you will have a hard time retaining gains. you can find all the info on this board, so use the search function frequently and if you get confused about something, then just ask.
 
oh and as far as people disapproving, its because using when youre young can mess up your endocrine system (whether this has to do with PCT/lackthereof/uneducated cycles, i dont really know)

it would suck to have to be in HRT/TRT for the rest of your life.

If anyone has a suggestion of a good low dose cycle let me know. Just looking to cut body fat and maybe put on a few pounds. I want to keep the impact on my system as low as possible. Feel free to leave suggestions.
