Oh and little known secret, if you ever turn to injectables, what you want to do once the needle is in the muscle is wiggle it around as much as possible to make a pocket for the gear to go into. That way you wont get any p.i.p . Then immediately afterwards, put ice over your injection site. found it makes everything much smoother. Im just here to help, not like these other assholes.
