I lost weight but exactly what did I lose?

Heres my workout schedule:

Mon: 45 min Cardio
Tues: 60 min Chest/Tri
Wed: 60 min Legs
Thurs: 60 min Back/Bicep
Fri: 45 min Cardio

Two months ago, I only did weights and no cardio. I weighed in at 145 with a 13% body fat.

I added the two cardio sessions to my schedule to trim some fat off. My body fat % stayed the same but I lost 10 pounds.

I hope I am not losing muscle.
