If you're advanced it is impossible to keep the gains, you can have the best pct, the best diet and the best workout routine and you'll not be able to keep an ounce of it when you come off, anyone telling you otherwise is a fuking idiot.

Op what is you cycle? How's ur diet? What's ur pct. like was said about give us more info and we can possibly help you if ur missing anything.
First off, I cannot stop looking at your avatar.
My cycle was simple: It was a product that combined:
Trenbolone Acetate 50mg
Testosterone Propionate 50mg
Masteron 50mg
Ended up 1.5 eod

My PCT looks like this right now. Would love your input.
hCG - 2000 iu eod x 20 days
Tomixifin citrate 20mg x twice a day x 45 days
Clomiphine citrate 50mg x twice a day x 30 days

My diet is pretty good right now (for me.). I am not a body builder so I am not super strict. I have loved true nutritions stuff. I have also been taking when I eat more thoughtfully.
I have been lifting for over 25 years, mostly strongman stuff. Got burned out bad and had been farting around the last 2 years. Adrenals recovered so I started up again, but am doing more body building type of training. Easier on cns for sure. Never been a hard gainer, but not a lean gainer. So I came into this cycle at 240 (16% bf) and am up to a leaner 255. The thing that got me excited today was, I caught a glimpse of my naked self in the mirror, and was like, shit did I drop weight. Got on the scale and was up 5 pounds. (I am also doing Austinites diet stack.) So needless to say I was excited.
 
I would start hcg ASAP if it was me and if u have some extra you can blast it at the end if ur cycle. Do you have an AI or prolactin blocker on hand? You may not have any estrogen or prolactin problems but its best to at least have them on hand. I think pct is good other than the change to hcg.. Tren can help shed some fat. That's just anouther reason to watch ur diet and really see the benefits.

You should be taking Hcg during the cycle, once you stop you switch over to the pct drugs. I've also switched to more bodybuilding type rep range and i feel a lot better(ain't burnin out the CNS as often) and i love the pump. I like to go back in forth every couple of months. Sounds like you're doing good. Pct can suck somewhat when you're hormones are all over the place, so proceed cautiously. You should get blood works and really really really watch for estrogen/prolactin sides. You could have a lump growing right now even. You should always have an aromatase inhibitor on hand. You might be lucky and have good estro levels but if you are in the higher range of bodyfat, the chances are higher that you might have more estrogen in your body.
 
Don't bother running tamox or clomiphene with HCG; cut the hCG immediately & continue PCT but restart your count (should be 25-30 days of each, after five days drop your clomiphene to 50mg per day for 6-21 and 25mg for 22-28, you can run the tamox longer ~42 if you want, but taper it down to 10-20mg per day for days 28-42)

I thought 255 would look huge, but at 6'3" I still look "normal.". People have always thought I weigh less than I do. Maybe 275 would do it?

Then you will be at 275 thinking damn maybe 300 will be it. Lol I always thought 200lb was the top for me ! Now I'm at 265lb and feel so damn small some days . Lol how is that possible I'm only 5'10 lol that's a rhetorical question. I know it's reverse anorexia. And a typical thing for meatheads like me.

This is my first and I don't know what too old is. I do have all my test levels. They were in the normal range, I could look up the exact #s if you wanted them. Balls have shrunk, but not as much as expected.
I am a little confused about HCG. I get running it now and will. I thought it was also part of pct, but it sounds like I should stop before? Fortunately, I still have about 2 weeks of this cycle left.
Please let me know your thoughts.

HCG is suppressive. Kind of defeats the purpose of pct if ran during.
 
5'10" 265 is huge. You must have some monsters in your gym if you feel small.

I was at Golds all this week cause I was training a guy and that's his gym and damn there were some huge dudes in there . Shi- dude alot smaller than me was in there crushing 455 squats for 10's in the bucket. I was thinking what is in there water fountain here anadrol .lol

Gold's used to be the shit, glad to hear there are still some people lifting big there.

To be clear: don't run HCG during pct, its run during your cycle and up til PCT then ceased.
