I need a new belt

Any recommendations?

The one I have now is 4" wide. It's taken a beating over the years and needs to be put into retirement.

I wouldn't touch the powerlifting superstore with a ten foot pole, they have had serious problems with inzer as of late, and fucked up many orders. I would go through irongladiators.com. I would probably pick up a single prong 13mm if it were me. Maybe a lever since you won't have gear on.

we havent had any probs with them.

you still planning on the meet in nov? is it apf?

yeah, had a good squat day today, i have to see how my squat comes around, if it is still lagging, i may just take a token squat and push pull, then get into a meet squat cycle right after and do a full meet. Not sure. Things are looking pretty good. I am going to be looking bench 530-560, dead 630-660. Somewhere in that range is what i am hoping for. Squat, who knows.

You guys are fuckin' beasts!!!!

My max lifts are probably what you guys use for warmups :D

What the advantage to using a lever belt?

lever belt is easy on easy off. its perfect if you dont wear gear as joe mentioned. if u wearing gear then you need an easier adjustment.

These are equipped lifts, but i don't think my dead suit is doing shit for me right now, lol. i am also drug free for about 18 months, and my raw bench is probably around 420ish. . I would love to go 2000 in the next year clean, to show some of the kids on here that drugs are not the answer, they are just part of the equation, the last part.

whats under the hood
i forget what year but it may be starting in '72 where everyone started lowering compression they went from like high 10's down to nothing..

thats why u cant beat a '69 GTO with turbo tranny and headers..no turns in the quarter mile LOL
