I need a routine..help please

have you checked the stickies at the top of the page.? there's alot of good routines in there.
 
Bulk=big eatin low reps and lots of rest. as far as a routine that works for you i feel you kinda need to go thre trial and error to see what exercises your body can handle.

You could always try pb's 3 day routine page 6 of do deadlifts thicken waist sticky in this trainin forum. i like it it just isn't helpin my chest much.
