I need advice on proper PCT and HCG usage during cycle for someone who was shutdown

I was shutdown completely after using 600 mg of Test E and 600 mg of Deca per week. Deca was the culprit, and I was too stupid to know it. So, I want to make sure and get my post cycle therapy (pct) right for my next cycle,,,which will be a month or 2 from now.


I plan on doing just 10 weeks of cypionate at 400mgs per week.


14-21 days after your last injection start your SERM treatment.

clomid and Nolva combo.
clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/10/10/10/10

Use 500iu's a week of HCG for your entire cycle. Then use 500iu's every day for the 10 days leading up to 4 days before SERM treatment

Any comments? I would like to have some Sr Members comment or Mods, considering this is coming from someone who was totally shut down and does not want to make another mistake.

what do you mean by "totally shutdown"

most people are totally shutdown when they run 19 nors

do you mean you didn't rebound properly after cycle?


How long as it been since this cycle vs your next cycle you are planning?

your clomid and nolva amounts are off, read up. and make sure you split the hcg into two shots over the week. but as said above, lots of info around here to read up yourself on these basic questions.
