Hi , sorry if I take time to explain my problem . I'm from Saudi Arabia and because of the absence of women fitness gyms I had to establish my own in my home . I have dumbells , olympic barbell, EZ bar and a total gym .
I sarted taking steroids in 2007 with the hel of some friends who happens to be a trainer in a local gym for men. I'm not a big fan of chemstry may be thats why I didn't make the effort to study drugs.
I can use any help because I want to be ripped and more muscline. I have a good backround about nutraition and training but it is good to know more. If someone can suggest a cycle and do I need to bulk up know or cut. I'm 160 cm and 65 kg.
