Hi , sorry if I take time to explain my problem . I'm from Saudi Arabia and because of the absence of women fitness gyms I had to establish my own in my home . I have dumbells , olympic barbell, EZ bar and a total gym .
I sarted taking steroids in 2007 with the hel of some friends who happens to be a trainer in a local gym for men. I'm not a big fan of chemstry may be thats why I didn't make the effort to study drugs.

I can use any help because I want to be ripped and more muscline. I have a good backround about nutraition and training but it is good to know more. If someone can suggest a cycle and do I need to bulk up know or cut. I'm 160 cm and 65 kg.

I think you need to get a solid diet and training program down before you even think about running aas again.

If you want to be more "ripped" then you need to cut.

Please post up your diet in the diet section along with stats and goals and cycle history.
