i need some help

i have been working out for like two years and i train hard, diet, and tried everything known to man.. and i cant seem to get more weight off. i am 20 years old 6'7 and 270 was 330. i want to be lean and just can seem to do it. i run, row, bleachers, everything i dont know if i am not working hard enough or what. i lift all the time 5-6 days a week mixed with cardio any help would be grate.

And i don't see nothing bad! 330 to 270 is a good job. i prefer to say GOD CONTINUATION.

post up your diet and be a little more specific about your training.

and good job!! 60 pounds is alot and most people dont have the determination to do that.

It could be any one of those components, sleep, training or diet. I would venture to say you're not eating clean enough or not pulling enough fat off from cardio. High intensity training is a good technique, and i'm sure you could clean up the diet a bit. Like Kane did say your weight loss is phenomenal, you've just reached a plateau...change things up and it'll all work out.

breakfast eggs whites 3 or special k lol i love that stuff
workout
protine
sandwitch, sushi, leftover spaghetti, anything like that
go to work
try and run or somthing useful
dinner is what ever my mom or dad makes, or i take my girlfriend out. i still live at home while going to school

three egg whites for breakfast? at 270?.....hmm thats just cuz you workout after? any idea what your calories are throughout the day? how much protein/carbs/fat are you getting? how much spaghetti? whats on the sandwich? whats a normal dinner like? a lot goes into this. just from what you've given me, im gonna guess you are probably eating too many carbs, not enough protein, and not enough food in general. if your protein intake is low, your metablism won't be as high as it could be. answer some of these and i can help you out.
 
not to big of meals because i stil want to lose weight. i dont know how to take the carbs out. just an average sandwich never any mayo, like turkey cheese and lettice mustard... also i dont know how to account for all of the carbs/protein/and fats. i will try and eat more protein but what could i eat? like besides chicken, fish, and lean meat? also should i do an other shake?
 
is the three eggs to many

3 eggs is definately not too many..have you ever heard that sometimes eating more is really eating less? I am the leanest i have ever been right now, and i eat a ton..but its all clean and high in protein..another thing is if your trying to cut off some wait try running sprints..ive also had great success with that myself..My friend is talking this supplement called shred matrix by muscle pharm and he has had great results using that..its not all that ephedra crap, but alot of healthier or natural herb supps in it.

I heard the results are really good for someone in a cutting phase..ive been using their asshault and bulletproof products and ive gotten lean enough with those so i didnt opt for the shred matrix..but the company does make great products atleast thats my opinion
 
I think youre undereating.

Have a bigger breakfast with some carbs. it sets the tone for the whole day.
 
Protein: eggs, fish, lean beef, chicken, dairy, more eggs

three eggs is not enough. use the calorie counter posted above and see if u can figure out how much protein you're takin in. at your size you'll need 300g just to maintain your muscle
 
thanks a lot guys and i think i might give shred matrix a try.. but i might wait till after all the holidays.. family does it big and all the food is too good... but i am not going to blow off my diet
