I think that i have to start juicing to get bigger

Hey guys, i think that i have to start juicing to get bigger im 33 years old got back to bodybuilding since 5/2012 i was fat! pop tart was my best friend.. i lost weight and fat thank goodness never been on roids before i think its time to get juicing to ovbe to the next level .. not getting any better that much i still have few pounds to lose slow process i know i dont look like a bodybuilder for some reason i think peptides and roids will do wonders especially im getting older those few pounds on mt trunk is making me crazy i know diet is the key but roids will help alot now im 182 cm around 92 kg bf% im not sure but around 18%-20% i need some help because im getting confused what to start.
what read that for a beginner who never used anything should take test e alone, some saying taking primo and test othrs sustanon .. i dont want to mention pct because some info saying taking nolvadex alone other info clomid and nolva .. and even hcg alone... what do you think guys !?

Honestly , if body fat and leaning out is what u are looking at , that is all ... i repeat ... ALL down to your diet . u wont lose fat if something in your diet isnt changing or cardio . Riods are good in my opinion at a certain level . When someone has their diet and training down . then they will benefit you . but if u dont have those to aspects down and in control , they wont benefit you .
 
I would start in two directions. The outcome will determine the appropriate path you take (Yoda voice).

The first step is part of both directions you can take, and that is to get a private blood test done. In the link below, it covers how to do this, and which test to order. This part is CRITICAL as the results are going to be what ultimately decides the next steps to take.

If your results come back healthy; then I would read up the first cycle sticky which covers a good outline for a first cycle. Just remember, more is NOT always better in this case. ;)

As many guys in their 30's know something is up, and if their results indicate there's a hormone problem (low T), you're going to want to put the brakes on and investigate that first. Do NOT cycle if you have low T; that will make a mess of things as there will be follow up tests that need to be done in order to see if something else is causing the deficiency.

The TRT forum here has an awesome sticky as well that you can use as a guide to get the best possible outcome from your visit to your doctor. Of course, many of us that are here in the AAS section also frequent the TRT forums too, so you'll be able to get any unresolved questions answered.

The next step will be to read EVERYTHING you can about diet. This step is VERY important as diet will determine the outcome regardless if you're on grams of gear or completely natural. Far too many folks start a cycle, get frustrated, then start screaming at the Internet because they're not seeing the results they expect. I'd say that easily 70% or more of those cases are diet related; AAS bends the rules in many cases, but does not break them.

That pretty much covers the basics, and if after you've read the stickies you feel you still have some questions - please feel free to fire away. ;)

I didn't have time t read all the replies but I know one thing for sure, u need to get your bc% down some b4 u you touch A AS. And no, A AS won't help u lose weight, it comes down to diet and training.bro....but mostly diet. For real.
 
Hey guys, i think that i have to start juicing to get bigger

I started juicing when I was 13 . my mom got me a good juicer for my birth day and got me a whole bag of oranges to get started. after a month of juicing the oranges I then moved on to 'stacking' my oranges with other things like pineapples and bananas.

Best stack thus for was orange, pineapple, strawberry , banana. Juiced to the max! got swole as fuk , especially in the mid section.
 
I was 60'lbs over weight when I started my collection of gear did not use u till I went from size 42 to 36 waist threw diet and gym I say wait till u mean out best choice I ever made my freind
