Hey- Yeah, I know...a lot of stuff I'm asking about. Lol. I am actually just looking to put on about 5-10 lb's of muscle and lose some unwanted fat. I am 50 years old, 5'4", 145, eat ok. Diet is ok, not a big drinker. My profile pretty much explains what I've done in the past. I've always had solid recommendations for what I've taken, but I don't have any good sources to help me move forward in getting bigger and healthier. Thanks for any help!
