Ill be honest with ya! For the most part i agree with what everyone has stated. One thing i havent seen anyone ask. What is your caloric intake.
How much protein, carbs, and fats are you consuming daily! How much water? Sodium? Etc.. this is a major piece of the puzzle . Maybe ,your not eating enough protein, maybe your taking in to many carbs . Maybe your salt is way to,high!
There are so many variables to consider its gonna be hard to,pin point the exact thing causing your problem. It could be one thing ,it. COuld be many things your doing or not doing? !!
Do you understand where im coming from.
Download my fitness pal ! Its easy and free. Go in and adjust the percentages you want to consume of each.
Protein, carbs, fats. Etc. Simple right!
Now this is a basis , just to see where you are daily ,weekly, etc. Now you will put in your weight height ,etc. It will ask a few other questions about your activities.
Now each day log what you drink and eat. There is a spot for breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner, snacks.etc. this will give you a detailed breakdown of everything!!
It will, also, tell you if you met your goal for the day in carbs , protein or fats. Etc...
this will help you so much ... maybe your eating to late, maybe your not drinking enough water!! But you will narrow it down in a week or two after doing this.
I wouldnt cut out cardio completely. I would definitely add weight training, and reduce cardio by 1/2. Go from there.. im only suggesting this cause your gonna be tired! So eating and supplementation is essential. Timing ,will, also help your goals.
You've already proven you have the will to do it from the weight-loss .. so,dont give up! You just need some added help ,advice, and encouragement along the way!
