i want to lower body fat and am doing a stack

Ill be honest with ya! For the most part i agree with what everyone has stated. One thing i havent seen anyone ask. What is your caloric intake.
How much protein, carbs, and fats are you consuming daily! How much water? Sodium? Etc.. this is a major piece of the puzzle . Maybe ,your not eating enough protein, maybe your taking in to many carbs . Maybe your salt is way to,high!

There are so many variables to consider its gonna be hard to,pin point the exact thing causing your problem. It could be one thing ,it. COuld be many things your doing or not doing? !!
Do you understand where im coming from.

Download my fitness pal ! Its easy and free. Go in and adjust the percentages you want to consume of each.
Protein, carbs, fats. Etc. Simple right!

Now this is a basis , just to see where you are daily ,weekly, etc. Now you will put in your weight height ,etc. It will ask a few other questions about your activities.

Now each day log what you drink and eat. There is a spot for breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner, snacks.etc. this will give you a detailed breakdown of everything!!

It will, also, tell you if you met your goal for the day in carbs , protein or fats. Etc...
this will help you so much ... maybe your eating to late, maybe your not drinking enough water!! But you will narrow it down in a week or two after doing this.

I wouldnt cut out cardio completely. I would definitely add weight training, and reduce cardio by 1/2. Go from there.. im only suggesting this cause your gonna be tired! So eating and supplementation is essential. Timing ,will, also help your goals.

You've already proven you have the will to do it from the weight-loss .. so,dont give up! You just need some added help ,advice, and encouragement along the way!
Your doing great, also, i agree with everyone else about your test, a shot is the way to go over cream any time. These guys really gave you some good advice. please make sure to take it and apply what they are suggesting.

You may even wanna keep a log, this will help tremendously, and you can get feedback from the wonderful peep here at ology! We love logs and we love to help!!

Hey Macedog try breaking your BIG post down into several paragraphs so it's readable. That just killed my eye balls and I was getting out of breath. :wavey:

i am 48 and had low T and weighed 303. my doc got me on some 1.62 but it was not enough for me. now I get my med which is 10% cream and I dropped 100 pounds with diet and exercise. I have been working out 6 days a week and my weight is at 218 now but I really lack any real nice definition.
my questions are?
1. I take a good dose of the cream daily but did not know if its better to get an injection of test E?
2. I just started yesterday stacking winny at 40 per day, will that help me get more definition?
3. I have read a lot and it seems diet really is most important. when I lost my weight I ate tons of steamed broccoli and frozen diet meals and kept my intake low and did plenty of cardio. now I do even more cardio (almost double) and cant seen to lose and body fat. could someone give me a few examples of what an exact meal for getting rid of fat and adding muscle?
my strength has increased and I have added some muscle but have lost the little but of definition I had.
I have so many questions and just need some sound good advice. I do lots of cardio should I try to stay away from carbs all together?

someone please start me in the correct direction.

1) shots are better then the cream no doubt about it
2) winny isnt going to do much for you if your bf% isnt low enough, dont count on steriods for fatloss.Maybe tren is the only thing i can really say helped me with fatloss for sure but i would never use it as a pure fatloss agent
3) might not be magic answer you want to hear but diet and excerise is the whole key brother.

As far as diet, there are tons of them and some work better for some people and others work better for others

low carb is deff one of the better ones that work at melting fat for some people .

have you ever considered trying intermediate fasting? that helped me lose a ton of fat a few years back
