Through web research and asking around I gathered this.
1.you need 12weeks off after a cycle
2.for orals you need liver protection
3.you need anti estrogen after (pct)

*please correct me if I'm wrong I need to know what to take during & after a cycle and only for injectables

1. Time on +pct = time off (standard rule)
2. Not necessary but if it helps why not
3. Nolva and clomid.

Dont forget your aromatase inhibitor. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is always good too but not always necessary

yes if your cycle is 16 weeks longs , u shouldnt cycle again for another 16 weeks. u dont use oral on their own , u need test with them , but if u do a test cycle with orals , liver protection is a good idea . after pct u DONT need an anti-estrogen , however u need one during the cycle , read all the stickies at the top of the forum page if u are interested in learning more . however if u are not 21 or older, dont consider aas(steroids) until you are older, your body hasnt developed yet and u risk doing alot of damage

But I don't use steroids to become huge. I'm only 145lbs. I want to get huge though and use them in the future. A shorter version of Arnold, that sounds good....
