First Cycle Advice
Ok guys I have a basic understanding of steroids so thats why iam here for help and to learn about my cycle before I start. I have been lifting weights now for about 3 years but it's only been the last year where I have started to lift serious. I took prohormones a few years back and didnt have a clue what I was doing, from this mistake I have been living with puffy nipples (Gyno) till this day. Iam looking to get this problem fixed next year sometime. I think I should take a cycle now for future reference and see how my gyno reacts to it because if it grows i still have to get surgery on it anyways. I really dont think iam gyno prone I think if I had took a proper post cycle therapy (pct) I would of been ok.

Cycle

Weeks 1-12 test E 600mg per week 300mg on the Monday and other 300mg on the Thursday
Weeks 3-14 Aromatase inhibitor (AI) Arimidex 0.25 EOD

post cycle therapy (pct)

clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva40/20/20/20

Not running Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) unless someone tells me iam making a big mistake. It's my first Cycle so wana keep the pinning to as little as possible.

Personally I think you have room to grow without gear. Also, is the test you've got 300mg/ml? Otherwise, it makes sense to go with 250mg 2x/wk and 500 total.
 
Dont wanna be rude or anything but if you have a 3000 cal diet and only getting 170g of protein, then no your diet is not good my friend. You should hit up 3J or at least go take a look at the his stickie. You can take all the gear in the world, if your diet is not gold, your gains will be lame. Do your self a huge favor and take a look at that stickie you wont be dissapointed.
