If I have a lump behind my nipple should I always take tamoxifen as a precaution?

I tried using 40mg a day tapered to 20 of tamoxifen last year but it didn't get rid of the lump.
So I added tamoxifen to this year's cycle at 2omg/day as a way to prevent increased growth. This is along with 2mg of adex a week.
So am I being a bit overkill? Maybe I don't need the tamoxifen?

get blood work , before going with 'letro' , otherwise you could crash estrogen big time. Raloxifene would be your best bet imo

and for future reference, if your prone to lumps and gyno , you can run Raloxifene with every cycle you do as a precaution

Letro the nuclear option, last resort...lil bit goes a long way to eradicating the enemy...estro in ur case...I d like to dump some in a blind date gone horribly wrongs drink w visine but Karma s kicking my ass already.

The bold is spot on...

With existing gyno, I would include nolva in any future cycle. Also use an AI to reduce overall e2 levels. You blood work to dial in your AI dosage.

I never crashed my estrogen with letro. I sware by it. I've crashed it with anastrazole and it took a long time to get it back up.

I'm hearing good things about raloxiphen.

Nolvadex is old science and it's better to block the conversion to estrogen if possible.
