Well I've yet to read about too many young guys running IGF-1, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I decided on doing 40mcg on workout days only (5 on, 2 off) Im doing this because I want to run the IGF right into my next cycle of test/tren as follows:
1-5 IGF-1 40mcg w/o days
3-12 prop 150mg eod
3-10 tren 100mg eod
3-12 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500IU 2x /week
13-16 post cycle therapy (pct) nolvas >40mg 2 weeks, 20mg 2 weeks
Im most interested in the results ill be getting from the IGF, so ill keep the first 5 weeks updated every so often.
