Based on the information in the post, IMO, 40mcg EOD injected with a slin pin IM, immediately after training the muscle, 120mcg/week max would be the ideal.

Can anyone back this up? I kept mine refridged which for me was a pain in the ass for numerous reasons. But if its fine at room temp then theres no need for me to. Has anyone kept their igf at room temp or know if this statement is true?

hey how were your gains and which type of IGF-1 did you use LR3, EC, ....ect
 
Im using IGF-1 LR3 at the moment i started it on monday and im taking 50mcg immediatly after training. I have been injecting in the leg because i cant stand injections and this is the easiest for me to do.
What i have seen so far?
I aint feeling any ache at all from training and my training has made me feel like crying half way through!
I have been eating a hell of a lot more but its hard to keep a clean diet becuase of the increase in appetite!
I felt tired after the first injection but havent since!
I dont need as much sleep and i feel energietic all day!
I now it still early but im looking a hell of a lot leaner in the morning, it gave me the biggest smile when i looked in the mirror this morning!
My arms are looking more vascular and had a great pump yesterday and today!
I generally look in better shape!

im eating about 200g of protein per day but have increased the amount of amino acids by 100% as i think its the better to consume these more frequently in addition to meals to increase its effectiveness of it. I have been taking in about 80g of glucose after injection and this has been working fine.
All in all im loving it so far and have 4 and a half weeks left yet.
Im taking it on its own by the way.

I ran lr3 @ 80mcg for 25 days. Saw a little bit of improvement in the areas injected, much fuller than others. I also ran mine during PCT. However sincce running it I've noticed that those areas I injected seem to be advancing better than those I didn't, which would coincide with that article saying the muscle cells that are created from igf wont be developed until a little bit down the road.

After reading that article I'm debating on what dose to run my next go of igf at....not sure if I'll run it at 80 again.

There may be alot of high dose IGF users who will start to see the growing distended gut look. This is just one very good reason to keep dosages in the low to moderate range.

Well after reading that link you posted I've come to believe that the low doses work just fine. IGF doesn't yield immediate results, only results over time because it increases the # of muscle cells in that certain area. It takes months before these muscle cells mature, grow, and then yield gains to the user. So the person that takes 40-50mcg and sees nothing immediately is gauging the effectiveness of the dose against the wrong time frame. They should be waiting for it to produce results. I would think that a lot of people who run 40-50mcg and think its shit and then run 100mcg are not seeing the difference in amounts, just seeing the 40-50mcg kick in as their using the 100mcg.

The excess that isn't absorbed via muscle is then absorbed into the intestines giving the GH bloat look. Since GH converts to IGF in the liver one can say that IGF is one of the main causes of the Coleman Gut?

If so does anyone know at what comparison running GH is to IGF, as far as IGF production? Like 6-10iu of GH a day would be equivalent to 75mcg IGF when compared to release of IGF in the body?

Might be a little off with all that but figured I'd throw it out there.
 
Ok.....IGF-1 LR3 is a better choice. I've used it before and it helps "enhance" gains if you use it on a cycle. It can help when your off cycle, but it's minimal and a waste of money to use this when off cycle. Also, it helps keep you leaner as well. I would recommend you using it post-workout and for 4-5 weeks at a time.

Hmm.....when I incorporated it into my post cycle therapy (pct) "off cycle" my recovery was the best I've ever had...
 
I have a question about injecting in the Bi's, Tri's and Chest. Are there any important arteries I should look out for when injecting in those areas. For the last 17yrs I've been injecting just the glutes, quads and sometimes shoulders. So I have experience injecting in smaller muscle groups.

My bad for not making myself clear. What I meant was for muscle gains, igf-1 lr3 is best during cycle, not post cycle. For recovery, it may have worked out great for you.
