hi everyone just gna give u some info about me as need some help.... im 6ft 6 weigh 308lbs.... so ima big dude but i dont look obbeesessssseee (i duno how to spell it).
i train MMA twice a week and gym 3 times a week doing a mixture of cardio/weights.... and i havent lost any weight what so ever matter of fact ive put on weight... i dont stick to a strict diet plan but i eat rather healthy 3 meals a day with 2 snacks like a low fat yoghurt.... ive just ordered some oxymethelone or A50.... ive done my reserch on this steroid... so please i dont want n e one telling me i shouldnt be doing it... im just wondering when i start to take it will i get even fatter or will it turn into muscle as it say's it burns fat..... and can you please offer me sum advice on training... thank you very much for the help in advanced
 
Your diet! It plays a big (80%) role on your weight loss. And you have to eat smaller meals more frequently. Maybe 5 or 6 meals a day. It keeps your metabolism moving. And add muscle to your frame. For every 1lb of muscle you grow, you burn an additional 25-50 calories/day. So 10lbs of muscle you add = 250-500 calories burned just being relaxed/day. You multiply that x 7 (a week) it equals to up to 3500 calories more you burn just by adding the muscle.

Your diet is what the problem is. Read this section. Then figure out a diet for yourself consisting of 4-6 meals daily and post it so we can critique it.

And don't even touch AAS...you are not ready!
