I am trying to purchase from RUI products website and I am having trouble purchasing. It will not accept my visa debit card (which can be used as credit). I went to Walgreens to buy a visa gift card. Used it and it didn't work neither. Is it a matter of letting my bank know to lift restrictions so I can purchase from website or what??

If your account is good then it should not be a problem. I've never heard of this. BUT when you got your card did you activate it or had them put on it ANY restrictions. Call your bank with 800 # or go tomorow

It's not your bank is a problem on their end,I have it too I tried 5 different credit cards they all get rejected when im logged in , check out as a guest you shouldn't have any problems like that.

Our processor is offshore now because the government won't let us do it in the US.
Try contacting your bank. They may not be letting the charge go through.
Also, someone said to login to your RUI account then edit the address book. Apparently it worked after that but I have no idea how or why that would have mattered.
Or try checking out as a guest in incognito mode in chrome and see how that goes. Maybe try another browser.

This^^^ But I wanted them to say it, not me putting their info out there. It denies my debit and triggers a call from fraud dept, but takes credit card.
Never mind. I found out whats going on. For those that are having trouble purchasing through website....What you have to do is call your bank's headquarters and ask for restriction to be uplifted for the transaction to take place. Basically an emailed letter on restriction uplift. They will tell you what you need to do from there to make it happen (If possible). The uplift won't be forever. But just on the day you make transaction. They should send you a confirmation email for the "green light". Hope this helps with some people out there with this issue. (I have yet to try because I'm at work but rest assure I will be on it later.) That dam Liquid cialis is the BOMB!!!!!
