I have been working with Todd Thomas for a couple of years now and the service had always been pretty good.
Then about the beginning of this year the whole thing totally fell off due to the pharmacy network he was using. So instead of just switching pharms, he built his own network and now not only does it work better than ever they offer so much more stuff.
To me the test of a good business isn't everything going perfectly all the time. That's impossible. A better test is seeing what happens when the business hits trouble. In Todd's case his company bent over backwards to make it right with me personally and made sure I don't have to deal with the same problem again.
I don't write reviews just for discounts. It has to be legit and I would compare what Todd's company did to accidentally driving a car into a wall and saying who needs cars anyway? and building an airplane out of the good pieces left. Kudos, man. Your company has earned me as a loyal patient for a long time.
