I was thinking of something along the lines of:
Tuesday: Shoulders/tri’s
Wednesday: Back/traps/neck
Saturday: Chest/bi’s
Sunday: Legs/neck
I haven't decided on excercises yet.. as i need your help for this. Ive bene out of the game for quite a while and need to get back into it desperately.
I have access to your normal university gym equipment.. so alot of weights, and some machines but nothing really worth using besides like the leg push machine, and cable crossover
My goal is mainly mass with porportional strength gains. I used to really want strength but now that ive lost 35 pounds since last football season (due to my shitty eatin and lack of exercise) i really want my mass back. I used to be a mesomorph but its debateable if i still am that or not, maybe a little on the ectomorph side now.
Need your guys help asap.
