hey guys, need a good bulking diet, i will be using Truemass massgainer, 630 calorie shake. x3 a day
i need to consume 3800 calories
i was thinking of something like this
meal 1
6boiled eggs (1 whole)
2 big boiled potatos
2 tomatos
1tsp olive oil
all choped up and mixed add lemon, peper and salt
few bread slices to go with..

180g of chicken (38g) protien
4slices of bread for sandwhich

300g chicken breast / steak / beef patties / samon
veggies
brown rice
